Having operated out of our Cataumet studio space for the past two years, our firm officially completed its municipal business certification with the Town of Bourne in 2026. This milestone marks the official closing of our former Worcester office space (35 Harvard St) and solidifies 1 Shipyard Lane, Unit 2, Cataumet, MA 02534 as our single primary firm headquarters and studio.
Operating exclusively from our Cape Cod location—which also serves as the studio home for Bourne Architects—allows us to focus our full energy on projects across Cape Cod, Barnstable County, and the broader New England region.
