We are thrilled to unveil the design for a new private residence, crafted to honor the rich architectural heritage of Cep Cod while providing an elevated framework for modern coastal living. The design reimagines traditional New England vernacular through clean, purposeful lines, utilizing two prominent gabled volumes that define the home’s striking silhouette. Covered in natural wood cladding and crowned with sleek standing-seam metal roofs, the structure establishes a warm yet contemporary presence anchored to its seaside environment.
