Prior to launching his independent practice, Bill spent a decade as a project manager and part-owner of a family construction firm, gaining a foundational, hands-on understanding of the building trades. He then brought this distinct perspective to Lamoureux Pagano Associates in Worcester, where he served as a Junior Partner. During his tenure there until 2002, Bill was directly responsible for the design and management of many of the firm’s flagship projects from that period. This rare combination of construction management and executive architectural leadership ensures that his designs today are as practical and buildable as they are sophisticated.
Outside of the studio, Bill is an accomplished architectural illustrator and musician—creative pursuits that continually inform his spatial design and eye for detail. Driven by a deep personal commitment to community impact, he has dedicated decades of leadership, advocacy, and fundraising to organizations championing special education and autism research. Bill has lent his strategic expertise to the New England Center for Children (NECC), serving on their Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and the Aquatic Center Capital Campaign Steering Committee. Notably, he and his wife conceived and organized the first Annual Night of Music Gala, an event that has grown steadily since its inception, raising millions to support autism education advancements throughout New England.
