This wood and steel framed “shingle style” building was designed to provide a child friendly environment within a warm residential scaled structure. The first of its type, this building provides infant, toddler daycare and pre-kindergarten educational spaces on 2 levels with large windows for natural daylight. It is carefully oriented on its small 1.5 acre site in order to maximize solar exposure and provide ample play areas for varying age levels.
